There are composed not only fast and purging songs, but also mid-balanced passages with a thrilling coldness as can be felt while a listening session paid to a track like De Underjorkiske. Actually, a perfect candidate for the best song of this album, De Underjorkiske is maybe the best choice to symbolize what the general title is meant to be. It brings to memory the old tempos and hideous death fascination of old time Black Metal releases from the North, a feeling that continues on Tyster På Gud in a more virulent manner.
